costa is a letter tray for the home environment that stores as much paper as possible while retaining a small footprint to not further overcrowd valuable desk space.

every unit is laser cut out of a sheet of stainless steel. several cutouts into the material help to reduce the overall weight while creating distinctive arms and retaining the necessary structural integrity.

the pieces are then polished to a mirror finish and precisely bent into the desired shape. a letter tray can be assembled in minutes without any screws, only held together by an elegant interlocking system.

by stripping away all superfluous structures, we were able to create an unobtrusive storage system, featuring expandable units that in unison form one continuous shape. it can be filled from two sides, assuring space efficiency while seamlessly blending into any desk setup.
